Exportación y portabilidad de datos
Cómo exportar
En el panel: Site settings → Privacy → Export all data. Se descarga un archivo ZIP: un archivo CSV (UTF-8, separado por comas, con fila de cabecera y comillas según RFC 4180) por tabla y un archivo manifest.json con el sitio, la hora de la exportación y la lista de archivos. Los resúmenes también están disponibles a través de la Stats API (JSON y CSV).
Cambio a otro proveedor
Envíe la solicitud a info@esentra.sk. No hay plazo de preaviso; sigue un periodo de transición de 30 días naturales y después al menos 30 días para recuperar los datos, tras los cuales se borran los datos exportables. No se cobra ninguna tarifa.
