Adatexport és adathordozhatóság
Hogyan exportálhat
A műszerfalon: Site settings → Privacy → Export all data. A letöltés egy ZIP-archívum: táblánként egy CSV-fájl (UTF-8, vesszővel tagolt, fejlécsorral, RFC 4180 szerinti idézőjelekkel) és egy manifest.json fájl a webhellyel, az export idejével és a fájlok listájával. Az összesítések a Stats API-n keresztül is elérhetők (JSON és CSV).
Váltás másik szolgáltatóra
A kérelmet a(z) info@esentra.sk címre küldje. Felmondási idő nincs; 30 naptári napos átmeneti időszak következik, majd legalább 30 nap az adatok lekérésére, ezután az exportálható adatokat töröljük. Díjat nem számítunk fel.
