Free in Nova and every plan

Install it in minutes — on any website or e-shop

One line of code in the header of your site is enough. For WordPress, Joomla, Drupal, PrestaShop, Shopware and Magento there are plugins that also send orders, forms and 404 pages from the server; for Shopify, Shoptet, Upgates, Wix and Google Tag Manager there is ready code.

What it is for

What it helps you with

  1. 01

    One line, done

The script has under 6 kB, loads after the page and starts measuring within seconds.

  2. 02

    Orders from the server

The plugins send orders, leads and 404 pages from your server — they count even when a script in the browser is blocked.

  3. 03

    Your own address

The script and the data can go through your own domain (a signed proxy), so your Content Security Policy stays “self”.

In detail

How it works under the hood

The script

One tag with defer in the head of your pages. It has under 6 kB compressed, loads after the page and sends the events of a page together — usually two requests a page. Feedback, forms and the chatbot add their own small modules only on the sites and pages that use them.

Plugins for content management systems

WordPress 6.0 and newer with WooCommerce orders and the contact forms of Contact Form 7, WPForms, Gravity Forms, Elementor Pro and Fluent Forms (only the name of the form); Joomla 5 and 6; Drupal 10.3 and 11 with Contact and Webform. Signed-in editors and administrators are not counted.

Plugins for e-shops

PrestaShop 8 and 9, Shopware 6.6–6.7 and 5.6–5.7, Magento 2.0–2.4 including Adobe Commerce and Mage-OS, and Magento 1.8, 1.9 and OpenMage. They send every order once from the server with its value, currency and number of items, after the response — the customer waits for nothing.

Ready code where plugins cannot go

Shopify gets the script in its theme and a custom pixel for orders; Shoptet, Upgates and Wix get code for the header that reads the order on the thank-you page; BiznisWeb and any site with Google Tag Manager use our tag template. An order with its number counts once in 24 hours, and only a hash of the number is kept.

Your own address

The plugins route the script and the data through your own domain, signed with HMAC, so your Content Security Policy can stay “self”. Each plugin checks the connection right after you save its settings.

Consent and privacy signals

With data-consent="wait" Visitics measures only after your cookie banner says yes; WordPress can use the WP Consent API. The Global Privacy Control signal is respected, and localhost is not measured unless you ask for it.

Privacy

What is stored — and what is not

Stored

  • The site key and the settings of the measurement
  • Orders and leads from your server, as events
  • The version of the plugin and its last report

Never stored

  • Anything from the customer accounts of your shop
  • IP addresses passed on by the proxy — they serve only the fingerprint and the city
  • Cookies set by the plugins

Questions

Questions about Integrations

Does it work with my platform?

With any website where you can add one line to the header. Plugins exist for WordPress, Joomla, Drupal, PrestaShop, Shopware and Magento; ready code for Shopify, Shoptet, Upgates, Wix, BiznisWeb and Google Tag Manager.

Will it conflict with Google Analytics or a cookie banner?

No. Visitics runs next to other tools; if you wish, it waits for consent from your cookie banner.

How do I count orders?

The e-shop plugins send orders from the server by themselves. Elsewhere, an event “order” with a value from the thank-you page or from your server — counted once, even when the customer reloads the page.

Is installation in the free plan?

Yes. The script, all plugins, the ready code and events from your server are in every plan.

Does the plugin slow my shop down?

No. The shop plugins send an order to Visitics after the response has gone to the customer, and the script loads after the page with defer.

Can I send events from my own backend?

Yes: POST /api/event with the site key in the Authorization header and a body with the name, the address and your properties. The visitor’s IP address and browser signature may be passed only to join the event to the visit — they are not stored.
