Luna answers your visitors from your pages, your own answers and your product feed, recommends products with real prices and stock, and passes the hard questions to you. It runs on our own AI server in the EU, and a control group shows what it really brings.

How it works under the hood
What Luna knows
Luna reads up to 30 pages of your site, refreshed every week, your own questions and answers, and your product feed. It searches them by meaning as well as by words and answers only from them — when it does not know, it offers a person.
Products straight from your feed
Paste the address of the feed your shop already has for price comparison sites: Heureka, Google, Zboží.cz, Glami, Ceneo, Árukereső, Pricemania and Idealo are recognised by themselves, any other XML or CSV gets a suggested mapping. Products refresh every hour, availability every 15 minutes.
Proactive, at most once
Luna can greet a visitor, offer a comparison, help after frustration or a quick return, at the checkout or after a search — at most one offer a visit, and you switch each rule on or off. The welcome text can be A/B tested.
Your look
Five window styles, nine colour themes or your own two colours, three kinds of launcher, your own name and avatar, left or right. The launcher has under 4 kB and the window loads only on a click, so your page stays fast.
Privacy first
No cookies: the conversation token is kept in the tab only after the visitor opens the chat. E-mail addresses and phone numbers are masked before the model sees them, and transcripts are kept for 90 days by default — from 30 to 365, as you set.
Measured honestly
By default 10 % of the visits do not see Luna, so its effect on orders is measured against a control group, not guessed. You also see the conversations, product clicks, carts, handovers and the questions Luna could not answer — ready to add to your own answers.

Where does Luna’s AI run?
On our own server in the European Union, with an open model. No conversation goes to a third-party AI provider.
Can Luna make up a price or a product?
Prices, pictures and stock on the product cards come from your feed, not from the model. Luna answers only from your pages, your own answers and your feed — and offers a person when it does not know.
Which languages does Luna speak?
It answers in the language of the visitor — the major European languages, from English, German and Slovak to Polish, Hungarian, French and Spanish.
What happens after the monthly number of conversations?
Luna goes on in a basic mode: your own answers and a search of your pages, without AI. Moonlight adds conversations in packs.
Which plan has Luna?
The Luna plan (and Cosmos for agencies), with a monthly number of AI conversations and product feeds (see the table above).
Can I try Luna before I buy it?

How long can a conversation be?
Up to 30 messages of up to 1,000 characters each; a conversation ends after 30 minutes without a message.
